Can my donation be used for income tax deduction?

If you are a legal entity and your company is taxed based on actual profit (lucro real), then yes. This is in accordance with  Law nº 13.019/14, the Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (MROSC). This applies to companies with an annual revenue of R$ 78,000.00 (seventy-eight thousand reais) or more.

I want to make a donation to ProEpi. What are the options?

Donations can be made by individuals or by legal entities (companies and organizations). We offer various donation and payment methods (both national and international). For more information about the types of donations and recognition programs, please visit the Ways to Donate section on our website.

What is the donation process like?

Donations are made online through our website, either as one-time or recurring contributions, in any currency, via PayPal. You can donate through this link by  clicking here.

Do donations fund administrative expenses, or are 100% of donations directed to the projects?

ProEpi is committed to ensuring that all donated funds are used effectively to further support healthcare professionals through our training programs and projects. Donations help cover both short-term and long-term project expenses, including administrative costs necessary for their maintenance.

Can I charge my donation to my credit card?

ProEpi accepts donations made with Visa, MasterCard, and other credit cards. Donations are processed quickly and securely online. If you need assistance with making an online donation, please contact our Donor Support team.

How can I get more information about ProEpi’s financial efficiency?

We appreciate the opportunity to share more about our finances and projects with you. You can review our most recent Annual Reports. For more detailed information about last year’s finances, please refer to our Audited Financial Statement.

Is it possible to designate a donation for a specific cause or project? If so, can I receive a partnership certificate for that specific project donation?

Yes, we do give credit to everyone who contributes in any way to our projects.

What is ProEpi’s current refund policy?

Donation refunds are available up to 30 days after the donation is processed. Refunds will be issued using the original online payment method. Donations made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card used. For more information, please contact ProEpi’s Donor Support team at contato@proepi.org.br.

Are donor reports available at ProEpi?

The types of reports available are listed online and can also be requested from the  Donor Support Department. Additionally, our donors periodically receive reports and updates on the actions carried out through their donations.
