What are the requirements to join ProEpi?
There are no requirements to become a ProEpi member. You just need to be someone interested in public health and committed to our cause.
Do I need to be a health professional to become a ProEpi member? If so, what qualifications are required?
Anyone who identifies with ProEpi’s cause can become a member, from anywhere in the world.
How does the membership process work?
Step 1: Access the ProEpi portal at: https://portal.proepi.org.br/
Step 2: Register as a new member or log in as a student
Step 3: Click on “I want to become a member” at the top right corner
Step 4: Choose your payment option
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply send an email to (contato@proepi.org.br) requesting to cancel your membership, and our team will process your request as soon as possible.

What is the annual membership fee?
R$ 299,00 (two hundred and ninety-nine reais) paid annually, either in full or in installments. Or R$ 150,00 for students. ProEpi also accepts payments in other currencies.
Is there a student discount? How does it work?
Yes, just send proof of student status, and our portal will activate the student discount.
Can I pay the membership fee in installments?
Yes, you can pay in up to 10 interest-free installments.
How often should I make the membership fee payment?
The membership fee is annual, so it should be paid within one year from the current payment date. Usually, there is also an option to pay in advance.
The annual fee payment deadline has passed. What should I do?
The payment option remains available until the last payment date. After this date, all members who have not paid will become inactive and have their benefits and access temporarily blocked. To regularize your status, log in to the ProEpi portal, click on the “I am a member” tab, and complete the annual fee payment. If you have any questions, please contact ProEpi’s Relationship Department at suporte@proepi.org.br
How can I update or change my membership details?
Access the ProEpi Portal, click on “I am a member,” go to your profile located in the Restricted Area, and you can update your membership details at any time.
